In Need of Help?
The Council are providing help to those who are ‘shielding’ and have had a letter from the NHS to ask them to stay home for 12 weeks. If this describes you, or the person you are referring, you should contact the Hounslow Hub. If you are struggling to get help from the Hub we might be able to assist you, complete this form if you’ve contacted the hub already.
If you are in need of a food donation, The Salvation Army, Storehouse Food Bank, Christ Church and Feltham Foodbank are working together to provide food to those in need. You should complete the Storehouse Referral form, they normally deliver food on a Wednesday/Thursday each week, but may be able to respond sooner for those in need.
If you need basic shopping done for you because you have been told to stay at home, are self isolating, or are unwell, then we are able to do that for you. Complete this simple form and someone will be in touch to make the arrangements.
If you need a prescription collected from your Doctor or a Pharmacy and delivered to your home because you have been told to stay home, are self-isolating, or are unwell, our volunteers will do that for you. Complete this simple form and we will contact you to make arrangements.
There is no charge for any of the above help, other than the cost of any shopping we purchase for you.
We are a collection of volunteers in the Feltham, Hanworth and Bedfont wards of Hounslow, but also a group from Sunbury, who are trying to provide help for those with urgent needs in this area. This service is, for that reason, limited to those who live in Feltham, Hanworth, Bedfont and Sunbury
